Is the Nigerian Army Recruitment 2024 Application Form Out?
According to an announcement made on Tuesday via a post on its verified X handle stating that “This is to inform the public and all interested applicants that the online application for the Trades, Non-Tradesmen, and women has commenced”. Based on this, all qualified applicants are now advised to visit the official portal of the Nigerian Army at recruitment.army.mil.ng, to obtain, fill, and successfully submit their application forms as soon as possible.

Apply online via the Nigerian Army (NA) recruitment portal, https://recruitment.army.mil.ng. Log on to the official portal using the username and password.
Interested applicants are to complete the NA application form, submit it online, and finally print a copy after submitting your application form.
After that, print and complete the Nigerian Army (NA) Guarantor Form as appropriate. Applicants are to ensure they present copies of the Nigerian Army Application Form and guarantor forms to the selected state recruitment centers.
According to the Nigerian Army, the applicants must be single, a Nigerian citizen by birth, and must possess a National Identity Card/NIN or Bank Verification Number (BVN).
Basic Requirements for Nigerian Army Recruitment 2024
Is it the Nigerian Army that you want to apply for? If so, below are the requirements for each candidate if you want to be considered.
- Applicants must be single, born in Nigeria, and have a National Identity Card/NIN slip.
- Applicants must be physically, mentally, and medically fit according to Nigerian Army standards.
- Eligible applicants must not have any criminal convictions from a court of law.
- Applicants must have a valid birth certificate/age declaration that has been approved by the National Population Commission, a hospital, or a local government council.
- Applicants must have a valid state of origin certificate.
- Male candidates must be 1.68 meters tall, while female candidates must be 1.65 meters tall.
- An applicant must be at least 18 years old and no older than 22 years old for non-tradesmen/women, and no older than 26 years old for tradesmen/women as of December 18, 23.
- Registered Nurses and Midwives under the age of 30 may also apply.
- All applicants must have at least four passes in WASSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB in no more than two sittings.
- In addition to the preceding qualifications, applicants for tradesmen/women must have a Trade Test/City Guild Certificate.
- From September 25 to October 20, interested candidates may visit the NA recruitment website at https://recruitment.army.mil.ng to complete online registration. Shortlisted candidates will take part in the State Recruitment Screening Exercise, which will take place from November 6 to November 19, 23.
Most importantly, Registered Nurses and Midwives interested in joining the Nigerian Army not above 30 years old may also apply.

- Log in using the username and password from the link mentioned above.
- Fill out the NA online application form for free, fill out the form and submit it online, and lastly, print a copy.
- Then, print and fill out the appropriate Guarantor Form once the application form is submitted.
- Ensure you bring duly signed copies of the Nigerian Army application forms and guarantor forms to the selected state recruitment centers.
